AFA Saturday July 6th, Impact 101

Join us on the first Saturday of the month from 4-5:30 pm for our monthly 101 classes. Our class this month is Impact 101. This class is offered as an introduction to the implements used in impact play. Impact is one of the significant ways that sensation is administered to the body and is often considered a starting point when entering the BDSM lifestyle.
Before engaging in impact play, it is important to understand a few fundamentals. While impact play can involve the use of a wide variety of implements, the resultant sensations derived from their proper use should be understood by the participants.
We will begin to explore the types of impact items, the variations of materials and design, and how their sensations affect the body. There will also be a discussion on how different items are best used and the problem areas to avoid. An opportunity to try various items will follow the discussion. AFA has items available for use if attendees do not have their own.
This class is open to anyone who has an educational or full membership. Attendees may bring their own implements if they so choose. Doors open at 3:30. Class begins promptly at 4 p.m.
While we are kinky this event is not. Please come dressed in grandma friendly attire.
There is no cost to attend this class. Attendees must have either the educational membership (cost is $10 for a one year membership, which can be upgraded to a full membership for $50 within the first 30 days of purchase by attending a new member orientation), or a full membership for $60 which can only be purchased after attending our new member orientation class. We do need to see your current government issued ID for age verification and for a RSO (registered sex offender) check.
If you are not a full member, you may want to stay afterwards for our new member orientation, which is a requisite class if you wish to become a full member.
