AFA Saturday August 3rd Consent & Negotiations with Shalimar!

Join us on the first Saturday of the month from 4-5:30 pm for our monthly 101 classes. Our August class is Consent & Negotiations.

Are you able to discuss what play you may enjoy? Can you openly speak of erotic body parts without embarrassment? Do you clearly know what you want? Are you able to speak up and state your true feelings about that which may be proposed? Both tops and bottoms need to hone their skills in discussing such things. Consent is a willing, enthusiastic, informed, and revocable agreement to engage in the activities of BDSM with someone. For bottoms, learn how to prevent violations upon your person. And for tops, learn how to ensure that a violation is not likely to occur. These have become extremely important in our lifestyle community. Many of these things can be applied to vanilla life as well. Come, think, learn, be empowered to self protect and get the most pleasure from this slice of life.

Our doors will be open at 3:30 pm and the class runs about one and a half hours, beginning promptly at 4 pm. We hope to stimulate your interest and answer some of your questions.

While we are kinky this event is not. Please come dressed in grandma friendly attire.

There is no cost to attend this class. Attendees must have either the educational membership (cost is $10 for a one year membership, which can be upgraded to a full membership for $50 within the first 30 days of purchase by attending a new member orientation), or a full membership which can only be purchased after attending our new member orientation class. We do need to see your current government issued ID for age verification and for a RSO (registered sex offender) check.
