AFA Diversity Statement:
The Academy of Fetish Arts (AFA) is an educational and social private club that strives to provide many types of opportunities to people of all walks of life. AFA seeks to create a safe, welcoming, and diverse environment for people to explore and connect with others, no matter what their backgrounds or personal characteristics are.
AFA welcomes any natural person – as defined as a non-organizational entity – regardless of person’s race, color, religion, sex, gender / gender expression, sexual orientation, relationship
or marital status, disability, STI/STD status, or age (provided that the member is at least 19 years of age and is legally competent), or any other forms of discrimination not allowed by Ohio
State law. AFA will not support nor tolerate behavior that discriminates against any person based on the above attributes.
AFA will support any member who feels that they have been discriminated against by providing a safe space for listening, and appropriate action taken to prevent future discriminations. AFA
will review any situation that includes accusations of discrimination to ensure that the best interest of all has been served, and that AFA is doing its utmost to maintain a safe and welcoming space for all. AFA is not, nor will it ever be a home for discriminations against people for who and what they are.This diversity statement, and the abilities to uphold it, will be reviewed by the AFA Board of Directors quarterly, in the interest of improvement and betterment.
